Yes, 100% Real Touch. Every strand is made from polyethylene (PE) moulded by 3D injection on real Norfolk pine branches — a soft, realistic feel, like freshly cut cedar. No cheap PVC here.
Are the garlands full and dense?+
Absolutely. The foliage is dense and lush from end to end — no gaps or thin patches like at other stores. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get.
Do the garlands smell like plastic?+
Not at all. Polyethylene (PE) doesn't release volatile compounds, unlike PVC. Zero chemical odour, guaranteed.
Will it arrive crushed in the box?+
The foliage is folded for shipping — that's normal. When it arrives, unfold it and fluff the branches by hand for a few minutes: PE springs back into shape, unlike PVC, which breaks. If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll make it right at no cost.
It's not pre-lit: do I need to buy lights?+
No: 2 strings of 5 m LED lights (warm white, battery-powered) are included free with your order. And since nothing is built into the garland, a burnt-out LED can never make it unusable: you change the lights whenever you like.
